Four steps, roughly thirty seconds, no hold music.
The agent runs the same sequence on every call and hands off to a human the moment it hits something it should not decide alone.
Answer & identify
Picks up on the first ring, matches the caller to a profile by number, and pulls up past trips.
Understand the trip
Captures city, dates, travellers and preferences in natural speech, asking only for what is missing.
Search live inventory
Queries the CRS and connected suppliers, applies your markup and policy, and reads back three real options.
Book, charge, confirm
Takes payment on a PCI-compliant leg, writes the booking, and emails the voucher before the call ends.
Integrations
Bring your own suppliers, gateways and telephony.
Certified connectors ship with the platform; anything else goes through the REST and webhook layer.
Questions
What operators ask before they switch.
What happens when the agent cannot handle a call?
It transfers. You set the escalation rules — group bookings above a size you choose, disputes, refunds past policy, or any caller who asks for a person. The agent hands over with a written summary so your staff do not start from nothing.
Do we keep our existing suppliers and contracts?
Yes. The extranet is for hotels you contract directly; everything else comes in over connectors. Your rates, markup rules and cancellation policies move across as configuration, not as a rewrite.
How is payment handled on a voice call?
Card capture runs on a separate PCI-compliant leg — the caller keys the number on their handset and the agent never hears or stores it. The booking is written only after authorisation succeeds.
How long does a deployment take?
A single-brand hotel deployment is typically six weeks: two for extranet and inventory setup, two for connectors and payments, two for voice tuning and user acceptance testing. Air and car add roughly three weeks each.
Can we listen to what the agent said?
Every call is recorded and transcribed, linked to the booking it produced, and searchable in the back office. Retention is configurable, and callers hear a recording notice where your jurisdiction requires one.
See it answer your own call.
We will stand up a sandbox with your top ten properties loaded, give you a number to ring, and walk you through what it booked.
