It answers on the first ring. Every time.

Most travel calls are the same six questions. The agent handles those end to end — search, quote, book, pay, confirm — and hands the rest to your team with a written summary.

What it does

Not a phone tree. A booking agent.

Natural conversation

Callers speak the way they speak — “three nights in Lisbon from the twelfth” — and the agent fills the search itself.

Knows the caller

Matches the number to a profile, greets by name, and offers to repeat a past trip instead of asking everything again.

Searches live

Queries your CRS and connected suppliers mid-call, applies your markup and reads back three real, bookable options.

Takes payment safely

Card capture moves to a PCI-compliant leg — the caller keys the digits, the agent never hears or stores them.

Knows when to stop

Group sizes, disputes, out-of-policy refunds and any caller who asks for a person go to your team with a summary.

Leaves a record

Recording, transcript, the searches it ran and the booking it made, all linked and searchable in the console.

Deployment

From number to live in three weeks.

STEP 1

Connect the line

Port your existing number or take a new one. The agent sits in front; your team keeps the same handsets behind it.

STEP 2

Load the rules

Your inventory, markup, cancellation policy and escalation thresholds become the agent’s operating constraints.

STEP 3

Tune the voice

Greeting, tone, languages and the phrases specific to your market, tested against recordings of your real calls.

STEP 4

Go live in stages

Start with overflow and out-of-hours, review transcripts weekly, then move to first-answer once you trust it.

Questions

The ones that matter.

Will customers know it is not a person?

It says so when asked, and we recommend disclosing it in the greeting. In practice most callers care about being answered quickly and getting the booking right.

What if it gets something wrong?

Every booking it makes is reversible on your normal policy, and the transcript shows exactly what was said. You can set a value threshold above which a human confirms before ticketing.

Does it work for inbound and outbound?

Inbound is the default. Outbound — payment reminders, schedule-change notifications, balance-due calls — is available and uses the same rules.

What does it cost to run?

Voice minutes are metered on top of the platform licence. Most operators land between $0.09 and $0.14 per minute all in, against a human cost several times that.

Ring it yourself.

We will give you a sandbox number loaded with your own inventory. Call it, try to break it, then read the transcript.
