Suppliers change. Your engine should not.
Every supplier sits behind the same internal interface — search, quote, book, cancel. Adding a supplier is a connector, not a rewrite, and swapping one out does not touch the booking flow.
Air
Amadeus, Sabre and Travelport for GDS content, plus NDC offers and direct low-cost carrier connections.
Hotel
Hotelbeds, TBO, RateHawk and Expedia Rapid, merged with your own extranet contracts and de-duplicated.
Car and transfer
Car aggregators and local ground-transport suppliers, normalised to one vehicle and rule model.
Payments
Stripe, Razorpay, PayPal and local gateways, with 3-D Secure, tokenisation and virtual card issuance for supplier payment.
Telephony
Twilio and SIP trunking for the voice agent, with recording, transcription and PCI-compliant card capture.
Anything else
A documented connector contract means your own supplier can be added by your team or ours in days.
Getting credentials
What each connection actually requires.
Supplier access is a commercial process, not just a technical one. This is roughly what to expect.
- Amadeus Self-Service: free sign-up, instant test keys, production needs a contract
- Sabre and Travelport: signed agreement, certification, typically 4–8 weeks
- Hotelbeds and TBO: business verification and a volume commitment, 2–4 weeks
- Stripe or Razorpay: business documents and a bank account, days
- Twilio: instant sign-up, number provisioning may need address proof
