Terms of service

Key terms
Our role. Where we act as agent, the contract for the travel service is between you and the supplier, and their conditions apply alongside these terms. Where we contract the service ourselves, we are the principal.
Prices. Prices shown include taxes and fees stated at the point of booking. Rates are not held until a booking is confirmed and payment is authorised.
Cancellation and changes. The cancellation policy shown at booking governs. Supplier penalties are passed through at cost; any service fee is stated separately before you pay.
Payment. Payment is taken by our gateway in the currency shown. Where a supplier requires payment at the property, that is stated on the voucher.
Liability. We are responsible for the service we provide. We are not liable for supplier failure beyond what applicable consumer law requires, and we recommend travel insurance.
Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction stated in your booking confirmation.
